Robert B. Hart, Partner
Robert is a partner at Hart & Hart. Born in Bear Lake County, Idaho, he is a graduate of Weber State University (double major: History and Police Science) and University of Samford College of Law (J.D. 1982). Prior to practicing law, Robert was a deputy sheriff and special investigator for Davis County. After graduating law school, he was a Davis County Prosecutor from 1982 to 1989, after which he entered into private practice where he has successfully represented injured clients for over 30 years.
Christopher R. Hart, Partner
Christopher Robert Hart is a partner with the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and personal injury representation. Born in Kaysville, Utah, he is a graduate of Brigham Young University (B.A. 2002 in History and member of the BYU Men’s Gymnastics Team) and University of Idaho College of Law (J.D. 2005). He is a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the Salt Lake County Bar Association and the Davis County Bar Association. For the past 15 years at Hart & Hart, Christopher has been a successful advocate for his clients.
Jonathan D. Hart, Associate
Jonathan Hart is an associate attorney at Hart & Hart. Raised in Kaysville, Utah, Jonathan obtained his undergraduate degree from Utah State University. He then obtained his legal education through George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law (J.D. 2017) - Jonathan graduated with honors and served as an Associate Articles Editor of the Utah Law Review. After law school, he was a judicial law clerk for Justice Fiti A. Sunia and Justice Elvis R. Pila Patea at the High Court of American Samoa. Jonathan is licensed to practice law in Utah and American Samoa.
